Some buildings demand removalists to carry insurance protection. We hold public liability insurance, transit insurance and comprehensive vehicle insurance that exceed all the minimum building requirements. Our insurance policy certificates are available upon written request.
Please be aware that our liability is limited, so if you have specific requirements beyond this, you will need to take out relevant insurance to make sure you are covered.

We are very flexible. You can cancel your move any time at no cost. However, commercial, interstate and local residential moves with more than 3 bedrooms will incur a small cancellation cost.
We accept cash, bank transfer and all other major bank cards. Payment terms are on the receipt of the service but can be negotiated upon request.

No, we don’t charge extra for moving after hours, on weekends or during rain.
Sometimes we may charge a small call out fee to cover the travel time spent to get to your pick up address and/or the travel time spent from the drop-off address to get back to the depot. This cost is on top of the actual moving cost. All costs will be upfront and made transparent for your complete understanding.
Our working time starts when we get to your pick up address and we start the job. Our time will finish when we unload the last item at the drop off location and complete the job, rounded to the closest 15-minute increment.
Yes, we do. Our minimum charge for weekdays is 2 hours and for weekends it is 3 hours.
Of course! We cover everything to ensure complete safety while moving. We have heavy-duty protection blankets, bubble wrap, shrink wrap and paper wraps to protect your items and avoid any breakages, scratches or dents.

The cost of boxes is added to the quote we offer you unless you’ve purchased one of our Gold or Platinum Interstate Packages. We can deliver the boxes upfront. We highly recommend that you use our environmentally-friendly crates which can be hired from us for an affordable price.
Yes, we provide this service to make your move as easy and hassle-free for you as we can. This service will be part of the hourly charge or the fixed charge we quoted to you.
All of our trucks have hydraulic tail lifts, which can lift up to 500kg. Don’t strain yourself by trying to lift an item that can easily be transported by us!
Absolutely. We have a specialised team of professional workers for everything. Our packers use the best equipment to pack everything safely as well as unpack it all for you. We recommend that we pack, unpack and clean for you so that you don’t have to go through all that hassle during the already stressful time of moving.
